Today I read on Wil Wheaton's blog (see link over yon ---> 'my hero') that he has been cast to portray 'Miles Sklar' on Numb3rs. Is it too nerdy to stay home on a Friday night to watch Wil Wheaton appear on a TV show where a math professor who solves crime? Or is it just nerdy enough?

I don't think that actually even blips the nerd radar. Sorry, but we have a lovely set of Tupperware as a consolation prize!
I will expect tupperware when we next meet!
*Tupperware not included.
Damn it!
Heh.
cymberleah's right. It touches less on the 'nerd' radar, and more on the 'sad-o-scope.'
If you really want to do Wil justice and be nerdy, bit torrent the sonofabitch on your own time. Bit torrenting *anything* is nerdy, and plus, you're sticking it to the man in a triple whammy. Not only are you refusing to conform to their mind-molding TV schedule, but you're depriving them of advertising revenue AND infringing on their intellectual property.
But don't feel bad. My weekend is going to be sadder than yours. You'll find me at home on my couch, studying the finer points of economic theory and bookkeeping in lui of sex, illicit drugs, alchahol, and rock and roll.
Yeah.
I'll be in Canada. Playing games like, bean farming.
Beat that with your studying and your books, if you can.
Screw you both because I have a bridesmaid gown fitting, and I have to drive Olympia with the bride to pick up her gown and figure out how to properly lace it for her.
(And then I have to be a bridesmaid soon. Again.)
PS- At least you won't be visiting my mother when you go to Canada- although she does have a PS3...
I think it qualifies as just nerdy enough, when you factor in that Miles Sklar is a douchebag comic book creator. And I'm right there with you, as demonstrated by the fact that I didn't have to look anything up to know that.
My I-Phone is jealous that it doesn't have Eye of Judgment.
